January 2nd, 2008 Tiffany and Chad - Getting Ready
Wow, what a holiday season! We’ve been super busy taking photos and editing them. This week I’ll post some brand new techniques and recap some events, but in the meantime, I want to post about how great Tiffany and Chad’s wedding was.
We got to Tiffany’s early, just in time to photograph her getting her veil. It fits her personality so well, I couldn’t wait to photograph it.
Her hair looked so great, too. I love that little curl by her ear. Her entire outfit was gorgeous, and so were the other girls’. Everyone looked so put-together, and you could tell Tiffany and Chad had put a lot of thought into their chocolate and pink color scheme. All of the bridesmaids wore dresses in that luxurious brown color, and Chad’s suit matched (he also wore some really interesting shoes - pictures to come!)
But the first thing Jen and I saw when we walked in the room was Tiffany’s wedding dress. It was absolutely stunning, as was the pink reception dress hanging next to it. On the left is a detail from the waist of the wedding gown - isn’t it gorgeous? She got dressed in her mother’s bedroom, which was especially touching. Jen took some great shots of the charm Tiffany wrapped around her bouquet to remember her mother, and I’ll definitely post those soon. But here’s one last shot of Tiffany getting ready:
