October 12th, 2007 Lisa & Jason
I just can’t stop talking about the fun Jen and I had this past weekend and Lisa and Jason’s wedding. We started taking the bridal party portraits before the service, and where was their location of choice? Union Station! We had so much fun on the Metro (and got lots of stares, and more than a few people asking to take their picture with the whole party!). Jason and Lisa were also kind enough to take five minutes outside in the sweltering heat for some photos of just the two of them, and I’m so glad we did. The wedding occurred during a normal mass at Lisa and Jason’s church, complete with a gospel choir! But the fun wasn’t over - off to the brand new Harman Center for the reception. Topping off the evening, the hockey game at the Verizon Center let out just as the dance party was getting started, and since the walls were totally see-through, everyone danced for the crowd outside!
